Sometimes you come across people in life, that you realize were just meant to be there. Lauren and I cross paths on social media during 2020, slowly making conversation in DM's and making small talk about life. I learned that Lauren is also an artist, she does watercolor (it's seriously so pretty, you can see her work HERE) and custom ornaments. She's also the mom of four amazing boys! I'm thankful to be a Photographer in Kalispell, we are blessed with many parks and public use areas for photo sessions. Herron Park made for the perfect location for this session one Spring evening. With rolling fields and surrounded by evergreen/pine trees, the sunset was behind us as we ran around being silly. Kalispell Photographers have quite the challenge in the Spring months, having to find a location that isn't super muddy but also has appeal to look good in photos. We go through this "awkward" phase of Spring where you're waiting for the snow to melt and things to green up and get pretty again.
Thankfully, this spot was perfect for us! The boys had so much fun running in circles around mom and dad, also playing "pig-pile"! The kids were also superstars because it wasn't the warmest of sessions, sometimes the spring weather makes for cold evenings.
