A Pandemic Love That Survived It All!

Erin & Liam, the sweetest lovers from Ohio, had dreams of getting married in Montana. Rather than spend thousands upon thousands of dollars on having a big wedding, they knew they wanted their wedding day to be an adventure and one that was also a vacation. These two met on Tinder, and had a breakfast date that sealed the deal on their love story. A few years later with a little lovebug in tow, they made it happen. Fast forward to June 2023, they had their Glacier National Park elopement on the perfect afternoon, surrounded by their closest family and friends.

Their day started at the Clark Farm Silos where Erin got ready. Erin and Liam had a first look, and she did one with their little boy Ollie as well. We departed for their ceremony, at Sun Point in Glacier National Park. It was a sunny and windy evening, but so perfectly warm. After their ceremony, we headed off to a private picnic, by Montana Picnic Company. They enjoyed spending some downtime enjoying tasty food and their wedding cake from Bakes and Cakes by Brie. We ended with some cheers of local beer and continued on for some portraits at sunset.

A few driving delays due to construction along the Going to the Sun road ended up putting us at Lake McDonald at dark. I pulled out my lanterns and made some magic happen in the darkness of the night. We shared hugs goodbye and planned a meet-up for lunch after a few days before they left town. The day was simply perfect, the couple said it themselves (see the review below)!

"I can't say enough good things about Jenn. My Husband and I booked her through Elope Montana to get married in the mountains. It was the best decision we ever made. We got engaged over 3 years ago when COVID was at its peak. We put off wedding planning for about 2 years when things started to get back to 'normal.' It was nearly impossible to book everything because covid brides were now making their plans and venues were crazy expensive. We decided we wanted to make an experience out of our wedding. After researching, we found Elope Montana and sent an inquiry. Jenn got back to us super quickly and went over their different packages. Not too long after, we found out we were pregnant. We put our plans on pause again and reached out to Jenn after our baby was born. We finally committed to 6/28/2023. Jenn was great at keeping us up to date with GNP and offering recommendations. She handled nearly EVERYTHING. Bouquets, cake, timeline, etc. With us not having visited Montana before, she made this process stress-free. One thing I really appreciate about Jenn, is the respect she has for Glacier National Park. She really lives by "Leave No Trace." Fast forward to our day. She kept us on time, made sure we hit all the special spots that I requested in the park, and even stayed passed the time to get some romantic shots at night by Lake McDonald. That night, Jenn sent us pictures from the lake. (Talk about fast). We received our pictures sooner than expected and let me tell you. They are phenomenal! After we received our gallery, Jenn sent us the cutest USB, a lovely thank you note, some polaroids from our day, and a mountain magnet. We are so thankful to her for capturing our day in the most beautiful way. If I could do it all again, I would book her with no hesitation." -Erin Kavanaugh
