I first met Jamie and Tyler while working at Logan Health - Whitefish (formerly North Valley Hospital). Jamie at the time was a nurse, she has since become a Family Nurse Practitioner, and Tyler a Physical Therapist. I have been photographing these two for a couple of years now and when they asked me to photograph their wedding I was happy to do so!
Jamie and Tyler met through a mutual friend at a golf course bar, the rest is history! Tyler proposed to Jamie at a family dinner while both of their parents were present, what a special moment for the whole family! These two radiate the love they have for each other, the way they look at each other just makes you want to melt.
Diamond B Weddings | Venue
When Jamie told me they had planned on getting married at Diamond B Weddings, my photographer's heart fluttered! Diamond B Weddings is a beautiful venue that lies along the Flathead River in Kalispell. From open farmland, a mile and a half of river frontage, it has two separate barns, and plenty of outdoor space, Diamond B has a lot of options and beauty. Along with its beautiful views, it also offers privacy for your event being at a dead-end road and in-house rentals including tables and chairs for an additional fee. Renting this venue for a 3-day weekend starts at $4,400 and it is worth every penny, it’s gorgeous!
Kalispell Wedding Photographer
As a Kalispell wedding photographer, I could have not asked for a more beautiful day for these two. It was a hot June day with temperatures in the 90s. The blue sky was dotted with Dr. Suess clouds and the brilliant backdrop of the Swan Mountain Range. Jamie and Tyler had decided to have their ceremony along the Flathead River that weaves its way through the property. Just before the ceremony was to start, two boats went by on the river. The boaters hooted and hollered in celebration, amping up the excitement for Tyler and Jamie's nuptials.
For dinner, the couple had decided on having a taco bar, which was absolutely delicious. The reception was also a hit! The dance floor was packed the whole night, the open bar and margaritas kept the energy flowing and the dance floor hopping. The day ended with a stunning golden hour and a sparkler exit with all of their family and friends sending them off on the next chapter of their lives together.
