A Business For Women With a Purpose
Have you ever had those potential clients reach out and you know instantly that you're a good fit for each other. I knew the moment that Nicole submitted a contact form on my website that doing their business branding portraits would be a highlight for me. The way she described their up-and-coming business made me incredibly happy, these two women were out to make a difference for women business owners. Helping women entrepreneurs alleviate business headaches, heartaches, and backaches so work actually works, Business Unbound is going to change the lives of women running businesses all over the world. They offer courses, retreats (soon), a podcast, and an email list full of tips and tricks to make running your business easier.
Their session day came and meeting them felt like seeing old friends. We met up in downtown Whitefish and took photos on the sidewalks along Central and in the upstairs of Blackstar Brewing. Their session was filled with laughter and real moments. I took some photos of their logo wear, them pretending to podcast, work on their website, and lifestyle-like images of them in public together. We spent some time getting some new headshots for both of them, but mostly... we laughed and had a great time working together. They told me about their launches for the next year and all the hard work they are doing behind the scenes.
When Paths Crossed a Second Time
After the delivery of their final branding photo gallery, the two left me a raving review on Google (see below), but they also contacted me several months down the road and asked me to be a guest on their podcast, Unbound Turnarounds. I had never been on a podcast before, so this was completely new to me. They were great and walked me through the process, sent a preparation guide, and had me fill out a pre-recording questionnaire. We recorded the episode in late October and it was the funniest thing to be a part of. Not only did we get to catch up, but the recording itself flowed with camaraderie between the three of us. I love nothing more than talking shop (business) with fellow like-minded individuals.
