01. The Ultimate ELopement CLient Guide
After you're finally booked, I'll email over my Ultimate Elopement Client Guide I created for couples eloping with me as their photographer. This guide covers recommendations for activities, local vendors, where to fly into, lodging, and so much more! This is exclusive to couples who book with me for their elopement day.
02. Elopement Day Timeline Curation
A few months prior to your elopement day, I'll send a questionnaire to help me plan out your elopement day. This will be customized to you and your partner's wishes and desires for your day. This timeline is a loose guideline for us to follow, leaving room for slow moments and being intentional with your day. We will hop on a call after I draft it up for any changes and requests.
03. Elopement Ceremony Permit Assistance and Guidance
After couples are booked, I'll assist you in finding out if a ceremony permit is needed for the location you want your ceremony at and send the information over for you to fill out and submit. As part of Leave No Trace, I believe in obtaining the proper permits for your elopement day.
04. Online Gallery with High-Resolution images + unlimited downloads
You'll receive your images in a secure online gallery with a password required for all downloads. This gallery contains the highest resolution images from your elopement day so you can print and showcase your image across your home. The gallery has unlimited downloads so you can share with all your friends and family!
05. CUSTOM USB WITH IMAGES
After your final gallery is delivered, I'll mail out a custom USB wth your elopement day images on it. I believe in couples having multiple back ups of their images to keep them safe for years to come, the USB is a great extra back up of those photos!
06. Sneak peek Delivery within one week
After your elopement day, I'll be backing up those photos and preparing a 15-30 image gallery of a sneak peek from your elopement day to share with your partner, family, and friends!

Let's meet on a call together
Part of the process that allows me to work so well with couples, is through building a connection with them. I love meeting my couples face to face (on a video call if possible) and building a friendship from the start. This helps us both learn whether we're a good fit to work with each other on one of the most important days of your life. You can expect the call to take 30-60 minutes, so plan ahead.

After the call, if you both loved getting to meet me, feel that I am capable of capturing the vision for your day, and you know this is meant to be... just give me the
a-okay to send over the proposal to book! The proposal incudes my photography contract (this keeps us both responsible for your big day) and the invoice to pay the 50% non-refundable retainer that secures your date in my calendar.

PLANNING + LOGISTICS
Once you're booked, I'll start with sending you important information to help you plan for your elopement day. My Ultimate Elopement Client Guide will be emailed to you, along with a questionnaire to answer about the planning for your day. I'll also
send information about recommendations for the Glacier National Park area, my favorite Airbnb's, and hiking trails in the area to explore while you're here.

YOUR DAY
After all that planning, your day finally arrives. I'll have curated a timeline that will help guide our time for your elopement day. Filled with love, excitement, laughter, and exploring, your day will come together smoothly so you can enjoy every moment with your partner. Imagine you two watching the sunset, wild mountain goats meandering in the meadow around you, and a charcuterie board that awaits you at the next location... it's perfect!
FAQ
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Depending on the package you book, your travel within Glacier National Park or surrounding areas may be covered.
What about permits for getting married, do you help with that?
I help my couples determine if we need a permit for the location they are wanting to get married at. I will also obtain the form/link for them to fill out and give them directions on what to put on the permit, however, the couple needs to submit the permit themselves to the proper agency, as well as pay any fees involved with obtaining the permit.
We want to include our dog into the elopement ceremony and photos, is that okay?
You don't have to ask me twice, YES! Of course, you'll need to have your ceremony where a dog is permitted and we'll need to plan where and who the dogs will be with before/after the ceremony during the time of your portraits. I am happy to discuss options for this after booking.
How long does it take to recieve the photos after the elopement and how will those be delivered?
The average turnaround time for me to deliver your full gallery is about 4-6 weeks from your elopement day. If there was any delay, you'd be the first to know. I deliver all final galleries via an online gallery with a PIN number to download the images. This will be emailed to you with the gallery. You can share your gallery and download it as many times as you'd like.
Do we need a wedding officiant for our elopement? If yes, can you recommend one?
In Montana, you can legally marry by self-solemnizing and you don't need any witnesses to sign your marriage license. However, if you want an officiant to conduct your ceremony, I am happy to provide you with recommendations for my favorite officiants in the area. I am also happy to sign as a witness on your marriage license if you prefer, your pet can sign too (with their paw)!
